For your reference, below is a copy of the Guest Contract.

– Parties will not be tolerated. If the decibel meters reach above a certain point we will contact you and may ask you to leave. 

 

–  The cleaning fee does not include washing dishes or collecting excessive amounts of rubbish. Any cleaning time spent above the normal time taken by cleaners due to the apartment being left in an un-reasonable state or personal items being left throughout the apartment will be charged to the guest at $40/hour.

 

– Guests will incur a $150 charge (per set) for keys or garage remotes lost.

 

– Guests who check-out late, without prior permission will be charged at $40/hour spent in the apartment.

 

– Emergency service bills will be charged directly to the guest in the event of a false fire alarm not being deactivated.
