Check out time is anytime before 10:00am.

 

We are may be able to arrange a later check-out time, if you contact us at least 24 hours prior to departure. The earlier that you contact us, the more likely that this will be possible.

Before leaving:

• Wash, dry, put away dishes.

• Remove food and drink from cupboards, fridge, and freezer. 

• Put any loose rubbish in a bin bag. 

• Turn off the stove, oven, AC, fans and lights.

• Close the blinds to protect the rug from sunlight (please do this whenever leaving apartment)

• Lock the doors.

• Return the key(s) and garage remote(s) to the lockbox.
