3-digit CVC is missing

When there is no 3 digit CVC on booking.com extranet and it says “you have 3 attempts left to access” - ie it is our first access - we need to email DM Booking Home Australia <home.au@booking.com> and report to bookingsync through help section on site. 

 

If it says 2 or 1 access left then just search for CC in credit cards folder as it has already been saved.
